Publishing an app on the Google Play Store as an individual developer can be surprisingly complex. Google’s requirements for testing, data privacy, and developer verification are extensive — and often difficult to meet without a legal entity or company structure.
As a private individual, I also prefer not to publicly share my personal information, which is currently required for Play Store listings. This makes it challenging to release Wristly in its full form on Android at this time.
However, a simplified version of the Wristly app is already in planning. It will be available for free on the Play Store, offering the core features — without premium upgrades — for users who prefer to use Wristly on Android devices.
