Terms of Use (End User License Agreement – EULA) – Wristly

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Wristly app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Subscription

Wristly offers a Wristly Premium subscription as an auto-renewable in-app purchase:

  • Name: Wristly Premium Subscription (Yearly)
  • Length: 1 year
  • Billing: Automatically renews every year unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled in your App Store account settings.

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple account settings after purchase.

3. Use License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wristly solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store policies.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the App
  • Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Sell, rent, or sublicense the App

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Privacy

Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
